Charter Commission

Overview

The Charter Commission considers what form of municipal government in West St. Paul best meets the needs of the residents in conjunction with the City Council. The commission frames and amends the charter document from which the city’s form, powers, and procedures are outlined.  Regular meetings of the commission are held at West St. Paul City Hall and an annual organizational meeting is held between July and December of each year.
