LEO is designed to provide a postive fostering relationship between the youth of WSP and the West St.Paul Police Officers. The Leo Program gives the youth of West St. Paul a chance to empower themselves, learn how to overcome challenges, build new skills and promote postive habits that will help them throughout their lives.
LEO the lion is all about getting kids and the police together to build those postive relationships through athletics, community events, safety presentations, police department tours, Special Olympics (Polar Plunge, Tourch Run, Pull and Plane??) and more.

Explore: Take a tour of the WSP Police Department, explore all the equipment used in law enforcement, from what’s inside a squad car to the equipment officers wear on their belts.
Opportunity: Youth will build postive relationships with officers thoughout our community by participating in activities such Movie in the Park, Night to Unite, Kickin’ with a Cop, Wednesday Activities at the Southview Park and more!
