The former Southview Liquor store was replaced with an 8,190 sq. ft. multi-tenant commercial building. Aspen Dental currently occupies a potion of the building. MedExpress, an walk-in urgent care facility, has received city approvals to locate in the remaining portion of the building.
1994 Robert Street
A new 4,287 sq. ft. Bank of America will be constructed on the site formally occupied by Burnet Realty. Construction is planned for Spring of 2017.

A new 4,971 sq. ft. Chick-fil-A drive-through restaurant recenly opened its doors in a new outlot fronting Target.

Denny's is currently in the process of remodeling the former Buffalo Wild Wings building at 1458 Robert St.
1220 Robert Street
The City recently approved plans for a new Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins dual branded store at 1220 Robert St. (in the location of the former JT's restaurant). The Developer is hoping to break ground in 2017.
5 Wentworth Avenue E
Harrison Dental Studio is constructing a single story walkout addition to their existing building at the corner of Humboldt Ave and Wentworth Ave. The 4,262 sq. ft. addition will allow the local business the ability to expand their operation.
1660 Robert Street
Hobby Lobby plans to open in April 2017 at the former Rainbow Foods location.
1611-1627 Robert Street
Aurora Investments, LLC recently constructed a 35,000 sq. ft. LA Fitness and 12,000 sq. ft. of retail space at the corner of Wentworth Ave. and Robert St. The new development replaced the Westside Lanes bowling alley and a multi-tenant retail building. The retail space includes Payless Shoes, FedEx Kinkos, and Darque Tan.
1746 Oakdale Avenue
SCA Properties, LLC recently finsihed construction on a new 4-story 164-unit Senior Living facility adjacent to the intersection of Lothenbach Ave. and Oakdale Ave. The facility will include 140 assisted living apartments and 24 memory care units.
1695-1715 Robert Street
Venture Pass Partners, LLC is in the process of redeveloping 1695-1715 Robert St. with the construction of a new 12,000 sq. ft. blood plasma center, 4,350 sq. ft. of retail space, and a new drive-through Canes Chicken restaurant. The property was formally occupied by Sharepoint Credit Union, a vacant Sonic restaurant, and Ideal Credit Union.
255-281 Wentworth Avenue E.
This 13-unit townhome development was initially started by Bonfe Homes in 2005/2006 with the construction of six townhomes toward the rear of the property. Ronel Builders, LLC recently completed three of the remaining seven townhomes and XXXX is in the process of building the remaining four units.
252 Marie Avenue
The owners of Westview Park Apartments have received City approvals for the construction of a new 56-unit market rate apartment building at the site formally occupied by Southview Athletic Club at 260 Marie Ave. Construction is planned for Spring of 2017.
