   Help the City of West St. Paul recognize them for their hard work and dedication to improving our community. Each year the City of West St. Paul recognizes properties that are well maintained or that have recently undergone significant improvements.

   
   

   Both commercial and residential properties are eligible and anyone can nominate a property. The amount of money spent on improvements is not a factor in selecting the most outstanding property, but rather the use of the property and the efforts of the property owner. So be sure to submit before and after pictures with your nomination to show off their hard work!
