Filing a Complaint with the City

If you have reported a property maintenance issue in your rental home and the property owner or manager does not fix the problem in a reasonable time, you can Report your Concern to the City of West St. Paul and an inspector will be in contact. For emergencies that risk harm to life please call 9-1-1. Emergencies that risk harm to life include, but are not limited to: gas leaks, electrical shock risks, serious structural damage or danger of collapse, no heat during winter, or any condition that could seriously harm the health or safety of the people living there
