Common Code Violations

• It is unlawful for anyone to dump yard waste in the public street.
• No exterior storage is allowed.
• No storing of brush piles, leaves, garbage, or rubbish is allowed on the property.
• Nothing may be left within the yard if is not being used for its intended purpose.
• The city may abate junk.
• Trash storage containers may be stored in garage or in rear yard where it cannot be seen from the public right-of-way.
