Commercial Plumbing Plan Review
The purpose of the plumbing plan review is to verify whether proposed projects in the cities of West St. Paul, Newport, and Sunfish Lake comply with Minnesota Plumbing Code. If they do not, corrections will be made on the plan rather than to an actual installed plumbing system, saving time and additional expense. Specific areas reviewed are adequate pipe sizing, proper pipe connections, approved pipe material, fixture specifications, and backflow prevention devices.

Minor Remodeling Checklist
This checklist provides guidance to determine if a smaller-sized plumbing project may be considered a "minor remodel," making a formal plumbing plan review unnecessary.

Permitting
New and any alterations made to the drain, waste, and vent system, require a plumbing permit from the City of West St. Paul.
